| At least 2 individuals are needed to erect scaffold system. After inserting casters, install first truss into ladder legs and engage the spring to lock in place. Attach second truss at the same height; spring-loaded pin will engage when properly positioned. Place platform onto ledge of each truss channel, ensuring it is secure. Adjust platform height using both engagement locks. Ensure spring-loaded pins are engaged, tighten pin, and thread nipple of the positive engagement lock to prevent the pin from backing out of the hole. Install guardrails and lock in place with safety pins; ensure end gates are always closed and locked when not being actively used. 4 outriggers with casters must be used when stacking scaffold units; no more than 3 sections can be used. Casters must be locked before climbing and body must be kept as close to the scaffold as possible. Warning: Users must strictly adhere to the manufacturer’s inspection, installation, maintenance and use directions; and must follow local, state and federal safety regulations. Failure to do so could result in serious injury or death. |
