| Install bumpers on open ends of tubing by fully seating the rubber cup over square tubing. Install the stabilizer to ladder between the 1st and 2nd rungs from top of the ladder using hardware provided. Do not install below the second rung or the ladder may become unstable. U-bolts should capture the side rungs of the ladder and then the stabilizer. Place the flat connector plate over the 2 threaded ends of U-bolt and secure in place with wing nuts. Insure that the ladder stabilizer is positioned on the inside of the ladder. Warning: Users must strictly adhere to the manufacturer’s inspection, installation, maintenance and use directions; and must follow local, state and federal safety regulations. Failure to do so could result in serious injury or death. between the ladder and the work surface. Make sure the ladder stabilizer is centered on your ladder.
