Special Accommodations

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received 2 weeks prior to the course will be refunded in full minus a $25 handling fee. NO refund will be issued for cancellations received later than 2 weeks prior to the workshop. In the event of cancellation by Washington University, a full refund of registration fees will be provided to all registrants.

It is the policy of the Program in Occupational Therapy at Washington University School of Medicine that all faculty participating in this activity are expected to disclose to the audience any significant financial interest or other relationship he/she has with the manufacturer(s) of any commercial product(s) discussed in an education presentation.
