Program Coordinator, Division of Professional Education
The Program in Occupational Therapy is currently seeking applicants for a program coordinator. This position provides primary administrative support to the Division of Professional Education in the Program of Occupational Therapy. The program coordinator provides clerical and project management support for the administration and operational activities overseen by professional education leadership team. This includes planning and coordinating events related to academic programs; alumni events; annual welcome picnic and holiday party; new employee monthly welcome breakfasts; and annual seminars and workshops. The position develops reports as needed.
Qualified applicants must have a bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, two to four years of experience in a university or medical environment, and two to four years in project and event coordination.
