| When installing through roof sheathing into the roof truss, fill center holes with ten 3" 16d nails or 10 #12-14 2" hex head screws. If using for fall restraint (not arrest), can install through 3/4" CDX or better filling all 30 holes with provided screws. Structure must be able to support 5000# load for fall arrest. Warning: Users must strictly adhere to the manufacturer’s inspection, installation, maintenance and use directions; and must follow local, state and federal safety regulations. Structural member must be able to support 5000# force. Failure to do so could result in serious injury or death. |
