| Center anchor over 2x4/joist/truss covered with 7/16"plywood/OSB sheathing or into solid decking that is at least 1-1/2” thick. Do Not install anchors directly onto top chords. Attached 8 3-1/4" spiral fasteners or 10 #12 2-7/8" hex screws. Framing must be capable of supporting 5,000# load or 2 times intended fall protection load. Warning: Users must strictly adhere to the manufacturer’s inspection, installation, maintenance and use directions; and must follow local, state and federal safety regulations. Structural member must be able to support 5000# force. Failure to do so could result in serious injury or death. |
