Hanging scaffold bracket system that provides a working platform when working at heights; can be used exterior or interior to the structure. System is composed of Support Bracket, Top Clamp, Guard Rail Post, and End Rail. Works for eaves up to 18". Platform height is fixed at 17" down from top plate. Rails are 28" out from wall. Minimum of 2 units needed for the system. Additional accessories required. Planking not included.

| Installation |
| Support brackets are installed every 8' or less with walk board spanning at least 3 studs. Nail 3' long 2x4 to support bracket and attach top clamp to support brackets per instructions. Install toeboard attachments facing toward wall at the lowest point on guardrail post. While on secured ladder, hang assembly over rail with 3' board crossing at least 3 wall studs; hand tighten eyebolt and insert safety pin. Secure lowering strap at sheer wall locations for disassembly. Insert guardrail post on support brackets. Place 2 2x10" 10' long scaffold planks ensuring plank fully spans brackets with minimum overlap of 12". Insert 3 2x4" guardrail boards (minimum overlap of 12") or snap-on metal adjustable guardrails. Attach toeboards with nail or screw at all attachment points. Instructions for interior applications are provided. Warning: Users must strictly adhere to the manufacturer’s inspection, installation, maintenance and use directions; and must follow local, state and federal safety regulations.
