Binyam Nardos, PhD, joined the Program in Occupational Therapy faculty on July 19 as an instructor in occupational therapy (PDA). Nardos earned his doctoral degree in neuroscience from Washington University School of Medicine in 2015. He completed his post-doctoral training at Washington University and Oregon Health Sciences University. Nardos has served as a mentor to high school and college students from underrepresented minority communities through several programs with the goal of advancing their careers in STEMM fields. He will teach research methods/statistics and neuroscience and work with the Program to develop pathway programs for underrepresented students.
