Our alumni publication, OT Link, presents the latest developments in our Education, Research and Clinical Divisions and current Program, alumni, and student news.
The cover story is an overview of the five-year, $1.1 million grant from the U.S. Department of Education’s Special Education – Personnel Development to Improve Services and Results for Children with Disabilities Program which funds our School-Based Scholars Program. Jessie Bricker, OTD, OTR/L, our academic fieldwork and capstone coordinator, is the principal investigator and project director of the Scholars Program.
This issue also highlights former PhD student Stephen Lau, PhD, the director of the new Sleep, Mood and Cognition Laboratory, and profiles Lorna Kahn, BSPT, CHT, a highly respected, renowned hand therapist and subject matter expert in nerve transfer rehabilitation.
