Our alumni publication, O.T. Link, brings you all the latest research, clinical services, alumni and current student news of the Program in Occupational Therapy.
Our cover story is a profile on jointly appointed faculty member in medicine and occupational therapy Ann Marie Dale, PhD, OTR/L, an MSOT ’96 alumna of our program. Dr. Dale conducts research on ergonomics and worker safety, often on constructions sites, as part of her role in The Healthy Work Center at Washington University. She has mentored and educated our students interested in workplace safety since 1992. We are so fortunate to have her expertise and enthusiasm in our Program.
This issue also features a story on a student-created podcast, a new OT for breast cancer service line from OT Services, faculty openings and the latest Program news.
Current, future and accepted applicants are encouraged to visit. We also welcome people who are exploring career options and considering occupational therapy. Dr. Kathy Kniepmann, one of our faculty members, opens our visit sessions with an informal presentation and discussion, followed by a tour that’s led by one of our current occupational therapy students.
