Foster co-presenter for Sept. 15 Parkinson's disease presentation
Parkinson’s disease (PD) affects over 1 million Americans and is the fastest growing neurodegenerative condition worldwide. It is most commonly associated with movement difficulties, but people with PD also experience other types of functional changes such as changes in thinking and memory. Erin Foster, PhD, OTD, OTR/L, and Marilyn Wilson, MSW, will provide an overview of PD and related cognitive changes as well as educational, care, and support services available for people affected by PD on Sept. 15. The virtual event is free. To register, visit https://bit.ly/ParkinsonsWhatDoYouKnow
