Grajo participates in AOTA Academic Leadership Institute

Congratulations to Lenin Grajo, PhD, OTR/L, who was selected to participate in the American Occupational Therapy Association's (AOTA's) 2023-2024 Academic Leadership Institute. The institute develops academic leaders across all levels of occupational therapy education programs. Through this program, which culminates in a certificate in leadership in academia, Grajo aims to further strengthen his capacity to lead diversity, equity, inclusion, justice, and anti-racism efforts in OT education and shape inclusive and justice-focused curricula through peer collaboration and mentorship from leaders in the OT profession.
