We regret to inform you that due to Washington University’s COVID-19 policies released today, the Program in Occupational Therapy will NOT be participating in AOTA’s Annual Conference & Expo in Boston March 26-29.
All of our scheduled presentations, posters and events, including our annual Alumni Reception that was to be held on Thursday, March 26, are canceled.
We apologize for any inconvenience or disappointment this may cause, but these measures are warranted given the situation. Over this past weekend, the first case of COVID-19 in the state of Missouri was identified Saturday, March 7 in St. Louis County. Washington University puts the health and safety of its employees and students as its highest priority and will do what it necessary to offset our risk and prevent further spread of COVID-19 in our region.
We look forward to connecting with you at a future date.
